Automatic rotary machine EURO VA 3 heads suitable for application of one format of aluminum screw ROPP cap diam.
30×60 mm on one format of 750 ml cylindrical glass bottle .

Equipped with:

· Mechanical pocket hopper, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with caps level monitoring device.
· Chute, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with double cap-presence monitoring device.
· Push-cap device (installed in the bottom of the descent chute) for correct preintroduction of caps on the bottle neck.
· Threading heads SSA (or SSC/SSVC) of stainless steel for aluminium R.O.P.P. caps (with diameter up to maximum 38mm) with 4 independent rollers and ‘no cap/no roll’ device.
· Control cam for the capping spindles, made of hardened steel, to protect against deformation.
· Device for electrical height setting of the capping turret, in order to allow extra container sizes handling by means of a control positioned inside the electric control panel.
· Device for automatic start up with a set number of bottles on the infeed conveyor.
· Infeed worm at the entry of the loading star-wheel, to transfer the container to the capping carousel without shaking them.
· All of the supports and shafts on the machine work table that may come into contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel only.
· Safety devices to block the machine if the bottles get jammed, hence preventing container breakage and product spillage.
· Equipped, as standard, with CE accident-prevention devices.
· Electric control panel made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
