AUTOMATIC CORKING/WIREHOODING MONOBLOC

Automatic corking-wirehooding monobloc, for the corking of mushroom corks and the application of wirehoods on round bottles for a speed of 5.000 b/h.

First corking turret (4 heads) equipped with:

Turret designed for easy connection to automatic cork Feeder / Elevator (not included)
with stainless steel connecting chute; equipped with cork transfer disc feeding the cork
chutes made of stainless steel. This exclusive feed system ensures both perfect operation and a very low noise level, hence meeting current regulations.
Stainless steel cork feed chutes with bottle-presence monitoring device which gives the go-ahead for cork insertion into the closing head.
Jaws in hardened, round and polished steel to ensure maximum life and efficiency. The corklocks are controlled by a hardened steel cam, specially designed to allow for slow cork compression, keeping molecular structures intact, and quick insertion into the bottle neck;
the minimum compression cylinder is set to a diam. of 16 mm.
Bottle-lifting pistons made of stainless steel with internal protection to prevent liquid penetration, controlled by cam in hardened steel to protect against deformation.
