The automatic rinsing machine mod. SA800/6, with independent loading and unloading of the bottles, works with a system of disposable water injection.
The rinser is designed to rinse the inside of new bottles with pre-filtered water, before filling them, avoiding water drops on the bottle outside.
The water is filtered using an Aisi316 stainless steel 0.45 μm filtering cartridge.
The machine, mounted on adjustable jointed feet, is manufactured in AISI304 stainless steel and plastic components in conformity with the international directives.
Machine to be inserted in the line (motor drive and idle wheel not supplied).

Maximum production 1.500 BPH.

Description
The operator places the containers on the conveyor belt, which will transfer the bottles to their different working positions.
