Carbonator suitable for carbonation of drinks and other liquids through gas mixing (CO2) with the fluid to be aerated by means of a specific device capable of preparing the fluid streams to the absorption of the greater amount of gas as possible so to obtain an homogeneous and constant carbonation.

The carbonator is composed of:– Nr. 1 mixing tank and temporary storage made of of stainless steel AISI 304L with a capacity of 75 liters, variable capacity , maximum sanitization temperature 110°, maximum pressure of use 6 bars and dissolved CO2 maximum 10 g/lt

– Nr. 1 feeding pump for the liquid to be treated
– Nr. 1 exit feeding pump towards the user
– Nr. 1 mixing device with attached gas inlet circuit made of pipes and valves in stainless steel AISI 304L and AISI 316L
– Nr. 1 frame of stainless steel AISI 304 with a size of approximately 900x600x1700 mm for supporting and positioning on the ground of the tank
– Nr. 1 support for the installation of the management electrical panel with carpentry in stainless steel AISI 304L

Important: the filling temperature should be from 0 °C to 4 °C max
