Automatic monoblock composed by counter pressure filler with eight valves and capper for CROWN corks – for cylindrical glass bottles.
Production: 700 BPH x 0,75 lt – Production depends on type and temperature of filling product (we suggest from 0 to 4°c)

FILLER TECHNICAL FEATURES:
– Counter pressure FILLER to fill carbonated beverages, such as sparkling wines, soft drinks, beer, mineral water, with eight filling valves
– Bottle transfer system utilizing a starwheel and control system to check the presence of the bottle (“no bottle / no fill”)
– Accumulation product tank with thick walls, tested up to 5 bars pressure
– Pneumatic bottles lifting with a system for centering bottles
– Filling valves made of stainless steel with hot-sanitizable seals
– ‘No-foam’ filling system, with a rubber ring on the filling pipe to spread the product on the walls of the bottle.
– Product level inside the bottle utilizing steel pipes, easily removable with a tool included in the supply.
– Automatic filling cycle (electro-pneumatic): the opening of the valve by backpressure, a total gap to fill the bottles, decompression (snift)
– Pre-evacuation available in option
– Electrical control of the different working phases by PLC with regulation from the operator panel

CAPPER TECHNICAL FEATURES:
– Automatic capping turret for crown caps with diameter 29 mm
– Central starwheel and bottle-guide in high-density polyethylene
– Automatic vibrating feeder including capsules level sensor
– The selection of the cap is carried out during the ascension of the cap, without rotational movements, to avoid the creation of dust
– Capsule chute with dual proximity control caps presence.
– Pressure head with cone for permanent deformation of the cap
– Manual device for height adjustment of the closing head to treat additional sizes of bottle.
