Description

Rotary labeling machine with an adhesive system.
Machine with two labeling stations for the application of
– body label (self-adhesive)
– back label (self-adhesive)
on shaped and cylindrical bottles
– machine to be inserted in a line;
– clockwise direction of rotation (left to right);
– central carrousel with 6 bottle holding cups;
– cup rotation through double profile cam in oil bath;
– bottle blocking heads with the pneumatically operated system;
– mechanical manually operated height adjustment of the upper carousel;
– electronic synchronization of the station speed with the speed of the carrousel;
– emergency stop devices on screw, starwheels and central carrousel.

Labeling station operated through a step motor with maximum precision of the application +/- 1mm

Max throughput 4.000 bph (labeling of front and back labels onto 0.75l cylindrical bottle)
