PROFESSIONAL. Filler operates through a vacuum pump. For its size and stainless steel construction frame, it is the ideal equipment for edible oil producers, farms, wine-growers, distilleries, etc.
The possibility of using different filling nozzles (manufactured both with s/steel or plastic materials) allows to fill practically every kind of glass bottles in commerce (with liquid or semi liquid products).
RELIABLE. Through a vacuum filling system, the product is bottled in the most natural way, allowing to maintain its original quality and features. When placing the bottle under the machine, the fluid is sucked by the vacuum created inside it, without any contact between product and pump or mechanical components.
FAST AND PRACTICAL. Filler fills about 500 bottles an hour, in perfect hygienic conditions and with no product spillage.
The filling level is adjustable: once selected, it automatically fills up the bottle to the desired level. Also, the tank from which the fluid is taken for bottling can be placed even 4 meters below filler. Once the required filling level has been achieved, the liquid in excess is conveyed to the recovery vessel.
SIMPLE to use and clean.
Several accessories are available for filling mignon or out-of-standard bottles. Should the filling machine be employed for filling products containing more than 20% alcohol, the pyrex recovery vessel is recommended (as well as the pyrex filter-holder for the Tandem Professional).
