The semi-automatic counter pressure filler is designed for filling fizzy drinks into bottles of various sizes.
The machine is manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304, all product contact materials are certified for use in the food and beverage industry. Safety guarding is manufactured from transparent, shock-resistant and high strength material to allow operator monitoring of the filling cycle.
The filling cycle is fully automatic, the operator has only to load and
unload the bottles onto the plate.
The filling valves have automatic levelling and anti-foaming technology as standard, ensuring smooth filling.
The machine also has the option of tandem filling, allowing two bottles to be filled simultaneously.
