DESCRIPTION OF THE FILLER:
The semi-automatic Monoblock is a small, solid and cheap machine.
It’s possible to locate it on 4 spinning wheels in order to make the movement easier or
on request on 4 feet with a structure of stainless steel and a base of PVC with height
setting.
The excess liquid and the eventual “froth” of the product will be sucked into the filling valve
and brought back into the tank.
The standard filling valves have a section of 15mm. (4 pieces)
With additional valves (optional) the machine can fill also PET bottles.
Thanks to the floating level probe, the level of the product in the tank is always regulated.

FILLING PROCEDURE:
Please set the height accordingly to the size of the bottle as recommended in the technical
manual instructions.
Set the 4 bottles or round or square cans on the plates.
After carrying the 2 levers up, the corresponding cylinder will go up carrying the cans to
the plates.
At this point the filling cycle starts.
Thanks to the enclosed accessories (the spacers with different sizes) it’s possible to adjust
the filling level.
At anytime carrying the 2 levers down, the plates will turn in the start position and the
machine will be stopped.
The filling time is variable according to the can capacity.
The structure of the machine is constructed in painted steel covered with stainless steel
A304.
The plastic parts and all gaskets are made with materials which comply with all
specifications.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CAPPER:
The semi-automatic capper is robust, space-saving and economical.
It can handle all types of bottles, square, round, glass and PET (as option)
The capper has an interchangeable head with 4 rollers, or a head for plastic closures with
magnetic clutch
Electric operation with remote control and CE protections.
