SEMIAUTOMATIC CHAMPAGNE CORKER

Semi-automatic corker suitable for the application of natural cork mushroom corks with a maximum diameter of 30 mm and a maximum height of 48 mm.
The machine is designed to handle glass bottles with a diameter of 55mm to 115mm and a maximum height of 370mm.
The machine is made of painted steel and is supplied with a 24V controlled protection system, all in compliance with EEC standards.
The closing system of the corking unit has four blocks of INOX steel, tempered and rectified with centesimal tolerance, which run on bronze carriages, and is
easy to dismantle for cleaning and sterilising.
The corks are supplied manually or by a special orienting unit (not included).
The bottles are manually positioned on the special disk.
The machine comes complete with a user manual.
