Functioning

Machine for removing stalks and leaves from spherical shaped fruit and vegetables, such as cherries and tomatoes cherries.
The product kind and ripeness degree must be suitable for the mechanical stalks removal with a stalk length of at least 15 mm.

Manufacturing features

Feeding hopper from which the product is transferred on the working table equipped with rotating rods covered with rubber
The shaped plates movement helps the stalks removal, making the catching of the rods easier
Fruits, from which stalks have been removed, fall on a discharging conveyor
Stalks and leaves fall on the area below the machine and are conveyed by means of two lateral bulkheads, so that they can be collected in bins/ conveyor belt, etc
During the operations of stalks removal fruits are wet with fresh water and rubbed down with small brushes
The machine is manufactured in stainless steel, except for parts in contact with the product which are in a material suitable for this purpose
Drving by variable speed motor.
